Select the voucher number range and click Preview.

• You can click the Printer icon on the preview to print.
• You can click export icon to save the print preview or report in PDF, EXCEL or WORD.

 

In most cases Cess is not applicable and hence cess column can be avoided in printing to made format look good. Just select/ unselect the checkbox as needed.

You can also print on letterhead.
