GST Inventory Software | Pending Status

• Press ALT + 7 + P to see Pending Status.
• Pending Status shows status of following vouchers, which are yet to be closed.

1. Advance Received (AR) which are not closed. Either you need to make Advance Adjusted (AA) or Refund voucher (RV).
   Upon selection of voucher from the list, two buttons will be visible to make either of the two vouchers.
2. Purchases Requiring Reverse Charge (PI) for which reverse charge voucher is not made yet. Select the voucher from the list and you will see an additional button to make reverse charge voucher.
3. Advances Given for RC Purchase (AG) and its adjustment voucher (GA) is not made yet. Select the voucher from the list and you will see an additional button to make Advance Given adjusted voucher (GA).

Just click to make voucher. Press F3 to activate save options and save.
